If you have a target driven and persuasive personality then this is the job for you! We are looking for someone that has experience in telesales and is keen to sell our products and services.
You will be required to support your Customer Services Manager ensuring that the high volumes of calls are being maintained. You will be required to research new markets and sales opportunities through online research and telemarketing activities as well as researching, maintaining, updating and building client contact records in the CRM system.
- Create eye catching email campaigns and send to targeted audience using Mail chimp (training can be arranged)
- Carry out targeted cold calling
- Carry out follow up calls from cold calling/customer enquiries
- Action on line presentation of our products and services when required by customers from overseas ref on web enquiries (mainly our Outlook Tracker application)
- Help develop the sales sand marketing role into a growing role within the company by coming up with new ideas on how PSP can grow it presence and win new business
- Follow in house quality procedures and ensure CRM is updated daily with the most up to date information such as calls made, customer contacted etc.
