Are you an experienced QA Lead Test Analyst/Manager, working in an Agile environment looking to join a fast-paced and progressive business where you can make a difference by driving industry quality standards to improve existing processes? We are a progressive software and project management development house and are currently expanding our testing team to include a hands-on QA Test Analyst/Manager at our head office in Spalding.
Working within one of our groups and in conjunction with functional business teams, the Lead QA Test Analyst/Manager will be responsible for preparing and executing test plans, scenarios, scripts and test cases to support high-quality implementation of business changes, system enhancements, new systems and project delivery. Liaising with internal and external teams to resolve issues and defects in accordance with agreed processes and quality standards. You will also be managing a team of two.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, on site.
Must be a UK citizen, eligible to work in the UK without a visa or need sponsoring.
Must hold a current UK driving licence, own a car and be able to commute.
Must live no more than an hour away.
