PSP recently completed a set of enhancements to Fresh Produce Consortium's (FPC) membership and events management system, built through VISION. The FPC, a key membership body within the fresh fruit and vegetable sector, have utilised VISION for several years for managing events (such as the prestigious FPC Fresh Awards), memberships and performing other administrative duties.

This latest update ensures their member database remains current, accurate and compliant with data protection regulations.

Streamlining Data Accuracy

FPC requested improvements to the VISION system to simplify keeping their database up to date. With a membership base of 700 businesses, maintaining accurate contact information is vital. The new system enhancement automates the process by pulling information from the entire database and sending personalised emails to each member. Members are prompted to verify their details, ensuring that FPC can quickly identify and rectify any inaccuracies.
