Our Work with Chartered Institutes

PSP-IT has managed and updated legacy systems for the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) and the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) which manage memberships within the organisations.

Initially, CIPS’ CRM was old, outdated and couldn’t speak to other functions of the institute. Throughout the last few years, PSP has updated CIPS’ legacy system to improve their workplace productivity and improve workflow.

We built a bolt-on system through our VISION CMS to fire data from other systems through to their modernised legacy. The new interface works side-by-side with the original system to provide supplementary support to the legacy system.

The bolt-ons we built enable the legacy to interact with third party applications such as finance, events and exams- something which wasn’t possible before.

The revised system makes the day-to-day operations easier and improves staff efficiency.
