PSP has worked with globally recognised awarding bodies for more than ten years. Recently, we were tasked with replacing an existing payment gateway with a new gateway for a major awarding organisation.

The work was part of our several-year commitment with the client; a globally recognised body with 100,000+ members.

The existing payment gateway was integrated to their main website and CRM platform allowing customers to purchase training, qualifications and professional membership.

PSP had six weeks to select, integrate, test and deploy a new payment gateway across all their platforms. This was a challenge given the complexity of the customer's bespoke web platform, which is built using NodeJS, Drupal and Angular in an AWS environment.

Given the short timeline and technical challenges, we allocated a full team consisting of business analysts, CRM developers, back-end, API and front-end web developers, plus our testing team to manage the process of integrating and testing the new payment gateway.
