9 years ago today – PSP IT Design and Development was formed. 

PSP’s first office was above an estate agent’s branch in Bourne, Lincolnshire and armed with just 2 laptops and a huge amount of energy, vision and a dream, the business was created.

CEO Joe Verde and CTO Brett Caruso, had a vision that would help businesses improve their business processes to enable companies to maximise their profitability through their People, Systems and Process.

The portfolio was websites – including membership and event functionality; software solutions - including CRM, MIS & QMS systems, as well as bespoke software development. 

Through the bespoke development 3 new products were created namely:

• Outlook Tracker : An analytics tool to monitor e-mail activity
• EX-AM Portal : An application to manage the examination process
• VISION CRM: A fully integrated, customisable CRM platform to include MIS & QMS

As business increased and several clients came on board Joe and Brett realised there was a need to move to larger premises and in 2011 PSP relocated to Carver House at Spalding Office Park.

In March 2016 PSP purchased the adjacent office building to create another business stream - the sister brand PSP Business Services - and after major refurbishment the Executive Conference and Training Centre was born. These state of the art facilities are now available for hire through www.psp-businessservices.co.uk website.

PSP now have a full in-house design and development team, as well as customer service support team, a quality management department and a business development department. 

They are proud holders of ISO9001:2008, Investors in People, a Microsoft Silver Application Development Partner, a Crown Commercial Supplier as well as being awarded Regional Winners of the Small Business of the Year by the Chambers of Commerce in 2016.

For 2017 PSP have several new projects planned including the launch of the Directors Business Network and PSP Training which will deliver on-site quality training without the need for local businesses to travel further afield.

The dream and vision is now truly a reality and PSP are extremely proud of their portfolio of clients.
