Congratulations to the PSP team for their continued support and dedication in helping us achieve Investors in People Bronze Award. During the Investors in People Assessment, individual meetings, with most of PSPs team members, were carried out during the day to assess our strategies, core values, training, business development, KPI's, leadership and management.

This was a very successful Review during which additional evidence was readily forthcoming for Bronze accreditation in line with the Assessment Plan. The company continues to operate with the same enthusiasm and drive as was evident in 2013, with a clear purpose and strong set of core values. It remains ably led and managed by two experienced directors, passionate about their business, who continue to be supported by a dedicated team who share the ambition and drive for steady growth. The cash generated by the business is supporting the establishment of a training arm to provide an additional income steam.
Whilst the ambition, tone and climate of the company remains broadly the same as three years ago, the interview evidence confirms that the organic growth strategy, combined with continuous improvement, innovation and experience, has provided a platform of increased confidence and resources to support diversification. The working climate remains very positive and people enjoy their jobs, feel valued and take the challenges of working in a fast-paced sector in their stride, knowing that ongoing learning and development is essential and not an option. The leaders continue to set the tone and ambition for the business and their energy and drive is infectious. People like their honesty, transparency and the re-assurance of the cash-cushion that combine to give them confidence that the company is well led and managed – trust in leadership is high.
