We’re delighted that all members of our senior development team have, once again, successfully passed their Application Development Competency exams. This means that we continue to be Microsoft Silver Application Development Partners.

What does being a Microsoft Partner mean?

A Microsoft Partner is a business that is part of the Microsoft Partner Network and has been officially approved by Microsoft to help customers with a range of Microsoft-related products or services, or support for such. To qualify we had to be in business for at least 5 years (we’re celebrating our 10th anniversary this year), have passed several exams and demonstrate proven skills in Application Development.
To put this qualification into context, only 5% of development houses worldwide are Microsoft Application Development Partners, so we are very proud to have achieved this status. Our senior development team have worked hard towards their exams and we’d like to congratulate them again doing so well.

Microsoft Outlook Tracker

Our design and development team have used their Microsoft expertise to develop the unique Outlook Tracker, a Microsoft Outlook Office 2010/2013/2016 add-on application tool. With the primary objective of improving email productivity, Outlook Tracker saves customers thousands of pounds every year. It classifies email according to root cause, summarising exactly what is happening with email across any organisation. It tracks email by the following:

• 'subject'
• 'sent to'
• 'replied to'
• 'date'
• 'time'

Using this information, which is displayed on an intuitive, easy to use dashboard in real time, users are able to:

1. Track reasons for emails and then take corrective action to reduce them. This could potentially save companies tens of thousands of pounds per annum.
2. Allows users to monitor response times to ensure that key SLA’s for your customers are being met, great for retaining business and improving customer satisfaction.
