PSP are proud to say that DSM Group have chosen us to provide them with a new CRM system. DSM Group have commissioned PSP to do the process mapping of their day to day processes to enable us to capture their requirements and alongside this create a detailed specification for their tailored VISION CRM system.

VISION has a range of standard modules and customisable options so gave flexibility and allowed DSM to tailor it to their specific needs, only paying for what they needed to enhance their business!

DSM Group was established in 1987 to provide IT solutions to local organisations and over the years have developed and grown. In 2004 DSM Group added Business Continuity to their range of services following the conversion of a WWII aircraft hangar to a state of the art recovery facility.
