Yesterday (21st October) we celebrated our 14th birthday as a business with a brilliant staff event! It was the first time we arranged a staff event since we entered the Dragon Boat Race back in June.

The celebratory day started off with a business update from the management team, which was followed by a raffle with some great prizes, including Amazon vouchers and a 55" TV!

For lunch, we treated our staff to a luscious BBQ from a private caterer. They served up some top notch BBQ'd lamb steaks, burgers, chicken and vegan sausages, complete with some great sides.

We also awarded one of our business analysts with an Employee of the Month Award for this brilliant feedback we received:

"I wanted to feedback, not just how competent he is, but his all-round attitude. He is one of the staff where, if you are working on a project, you will be wanting to ringfence him to be a part of it. I will add that it is not just myself, I have had similar discussions with several other managers at the company."

We are immensely proud of how far our business has come since our co-founders set up shop above an estate agents 14 years ago. Through hard work and focusing on quality, they went from one developer to a full-scale team of programmers, testers, designers, testers and customer care experts.
