Has now been released.  This means that PSP will now be focusing strongly on the changes that have been implemented and will ensure we comply by the time we have our next surveillance audit.

PSP aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to their customers’ needs and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

In short… Our Quality Management System has a strong customer focus and will ensure that our customers get consistent, good quality products and services now and in the future.

To date the team have successfully documented the company’s processes and procedures, to comply with the standard, bringing a disciplined approach to meeting the needs and expectations of our customers.

We have developed new quality planning tools, recorded through the ISO quality objectives, to ensure that we consistently have quality improvement projects in progress. Bringing a consistent approach to our on-going commitment to quality.
