Huge congratulations to the whole PSP team for their involvement with the successful audit of ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System.  We received NO non-conformances and NO observations for the second year running.

ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System

PSP will now be focusing strongly on the new ISO 9001:2015 standard, and will be making any changes to the QMS to ensure we comply by the time we have our next re-certification audit.

PSPs Quality Management System

PSP has spent the last 12 months developing a QMS platform within our VISION CRM. 

The new module is easy to use, available company wide, and gives a dedicated area to automate QMS workflows therefore ensuring that QMS tasks are driven by automation within the VISION QMS module.

VISION – QMS module allows you to run a paperless system, from the Master Document Register, against each quality document it will keep every document change request, internal audit, NCR raised against that quality document in one place. 

VISION QMS follows task driven process flow which enables the quality manual and associated quality documents to be kept online and up-to-date, safely and securely.  It will task training to individuals on policies, procedures, work instructions as soon as a quality document is updated ensuring that each individual is kept up-to-date with any quality changes.  It also allows an area to plan your audit schedule for the year and run a number of quality reports at a touch of a button, plus lots more.

With the introduction of VISION QMS, this has enable PSP to now run a completely paperless QMS system, which has given us a great cost saving on paper printed for procedures, work instructions and especially document change records.

What does this mean for PSP customers?

In short… Our Quality Management System continues to have a strong customer focus and will ensure that our customers get consistent, good quality products and services now and in the future.
