We have launched a new state-of-the-art intranet for 2023, featuring a cloud-hosted document management system and an innovative Training Academy which helps new staff quickly embed into the company culture with easy to access training resources.

The centralised virtual workspace gives staff access to all important company documents and serves as a valuable platform for communication and file-sharing.

These are just some of the features of our brand-new intranet:

1. Training Academy

This modern online space provides training resources (including training videos and user guides) for all our client and internal applications. We don’t leave knowledge in the hands of one developer, which means our clients can always speak to somebody who knows their applications inside-out.

The Academy is broken down into departments, making it easy for staff to navigate their way through the training materials.

2. Quality Management

We work to an ISO 9001 standard and the new Quality Management System (QMS) allows us to continually monitor and manage quality across all areas of the business.

The quality management system enables us to focus on our customers' requirements and work at a pace that is effective and efficient. The system includes all quality documents for each department and the business as a whole, including:

• Work Instructions
• Quality Manuals

3. "Suites" For Each Department

Each department has its own allocated area on the Intranet, making it easy for teams to collaborate on files, store documents and easily access their resources.

The management suite gives our senior management team access to reports, planners and presentations. The Marketing suite hosts sales presentations, branding guidelines, company logos and advertising assets.

Integrates with CMS For Complete Digital Solution

The SharePoint intranet links to our VISION CRM system and all Microsoft Office apps, which helps to keep all the business information together and makes it simple for staff to share files and collaborate on work.

As well as building our own intranet in 2023, we have developed a modern, cloud-hosted SharePoint intranet for CSDWC. They recently approached PSP looking to upgrade their existing intranet, which we built for them previously.
