Trinity Event Solutions Ltd approached PSP to provide a single, dynamic and modern solution to replace their current reporting systems. PSP worked closely with various Stakeholders at Trinity to understand the limitations of the current reporting functionality and to identify and document the data required for reporting going forward, both internally at Trinity and externally to meet the ever changing needs of their clients and suppliers. From this PSP developed a fully customised version of its in-house developed VISION CRM solution, Trinity VISION-Reporting.
Trinity now benefit from refined, real-time booking information for all of their clients individually, groups of companies and for the business as a whole with a wealth of filters available to interrogate the database in a variety of new ways providing the flexibility required in the present day across a magnitude of different industry sectors.The result is a user friendly interface with rapid access to booking and spend information in real time complemented by the ability to filter reports by Category, Prospect Level or the single flexibility to run reports for one company or a range of companies at will. Furthermore Trinity can now benefit from more accurate departmental reporting when negotiating agreements with their suppliers (the venues they book) through the ability to demonstrate market share and buying power in various industry sectors.
The main use of the new system is to allow Trinity to report in a more flexible and comprehensive manner, as well as instilling confidence in the cost savings and added values that they negotiate on behalf of their clients and the sheer market share and expertise that their suppliers can benefit from by working more closely.

We are delighted Trinity Event Solutions commissioned PSP to develop an element of our off the shelf VISION-CRM application; in the short time since its launch VISION is now installed at a variety of clients from many industry sectors including time management, project management, customer and supplier management, membership management, event management, data warehouse reporting and much more. VISION’s modular format allows companies to develop only the aspects they require with the flexibility to be able to extend and develop the platform further over time as the needs of the business grow, allowing clients to only pay for what they will use without being penalised for avoiding the ‘big bang’ approach that often becomes so complicated and cost-prohibitive to implement effectively.
