PSP-IT have worked with Gainsborough based Eminox to develop a data warehouse moduel to plug into our off the shelf CRM "Vision"that integrates their existing legacy systems into a modern interface to give rapid response data retrieval for users. Eminox are an international company who design and manufacture high performance stainless steel exhausts and emission control systems for commercial vehicles.

Eminox's have multiple existing data systems which are in different formats meaning that when management need to run reports on current budget, forecast and sales figures it was taking days to prepare into one understandable report.

PSP-IT have designed a system that imports data from Access and Oracle databases on an hourly schedule to collate the data thus enabling it to be viewed using an online dashboard and pivot charts to show the information in an easy to read format. The intuitive reporting interface enables the user to customise the dashboard views of data they are looking at and it can be broken down by Date, Salesman, Site and Product as required. The customer also required the system to have an overnight automated processing run to import data to ensure it is ready for display the next morning, the timing of which can be altered as the business needs change.

Eminox are now experiencing the benefits of near real time data, saving days of management time in compiling reports and more accurate reporting.
