Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer
The Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer will assist with managing increasing demand for outsourced IT strategy & operational IT management business, PSP Business Services. As IT and business specialists, we offer support with Digital & HR Strategies, Cyber Security & IT Project Management. With the uncertainty over the economy at present, many organisations are cutting back the employment of these key organisational roles, electing to use suppliers instead. We have the ideal skill set in place to assist with this growing demand.

Business Systems Analyst
The Business Systems Analyst will work on PSP-IT as well as our clients’ businesses, to bridge the gap between the business problems and the technology solution. The role involves the analysis of existing business practises, systems and documentation, in order to define recommendations for systems and protocols that meet evolving organisational requirements.

Junior Developer
Our junior developers are a crucial part of our team, working on the straightforward aspects of a wide range of projects, under strict supervision from the senior development team. This frees up our senior developers to spend more time developing technically challenging projects. Our junior developers thrive in our fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to continue developing their experience and expertise, whilst contributing to interesting, rewarding projects.

Customer and Project Support Assistant
Our customer service team play a crucial role in working closely with clients and thoroughly testing all our development projects, on our clients’ behalf, before they are released. If anything is confusing, missing, or not working as it should be, they will pick it up and ensure that it is sorted out. The customer service team act as the voice of our clients and ensure that they receive everything they need, within budget, to the agreed timescale.
